A recognized name and face across various television food shows, Chef Gautam has traversed the nation's length and breadth across numerous cities and their most prominent properties including Mumbai. At Renaissance Mumbai, Chef Gautam leads his team from the forefront for all restaurants, banquet operations, in-room-dining for 770 rooms, suites and apartments across Renaissance Mumbai Convention Center Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments. He is earned renown for ensuring exceptional customer experiences on the gastronomic front. Under his able tutelage, his team has learnt several new skills and cuisines as he leads the way in day-to-day innovation and encourages teamwork at each step of the way.
